That's how he knows he's doing something right though, and it just means that he continues on with what is already happening, attempts to get that noise again but without the whole muffled, stifled aspect to it, because that seemed like the sort of noise that should just be let loose, left to reverberate as it will and pass itself along in kind. He keeps up the pressure with his hand, grazes with his teeth and pushes and pulls against her as it nets him the best reaction in turn. ]
