So the point of the full nelson is immobilizing someone's upper body, which makes an elbow strike a little hard. But the most basic move is actually really similar to what you do for a chokehold. Lift the finger out and snap it, then hold the other hand on your neck as you turn so they can't remove it. [ Demonstrating. ] At that point you can either bend the elbow in and snap it or bend the arm itself in - a little further like this and it'll hurt quite a lot.
